Learn Local: Introduction to Conservation is a free, hands‑on course delivered at nugal biik Plants and Seeds at Wollert Community Farm.

The course runs over three full days and focuses on outdoor, practical learning. Participants will build introductory conservation skills while spending time on Country and engaging with the local environment.

The program covers a range of topics, including connection to Country and traditional land management, employment and training opportunities in conservation, seed collection and plant nursery work, guided cultural walks and site visits, and practical conservation activities such as revegetation, weed management and water surveys.
