Community Transport and Driving Programs

Our Community Transport Service provides affordable transport to City of Whittlesea residents who are eligible for My Aged Care.

​The TAC L2P Learner Driver Mentor Program assists disadvantaged Victorian learner drivers aged 16 to 23 with no access to a supervising driver or vehicle to gain the 120 hours driving experience required to apply for a probationary licence.

This program supports newly arrived who do not have a Victorian driver's licence or a learner's permit and aims to provide information on Victorian road rules and rights and responsibilities under the Australian licencing system.
