Multicultural Women’s Group Grants

Joining a women's group is good for you! You can make new friends, be creative, move your body, share meals, learn about your rights, and be connected to social supports.

The groups listed on this page are supported by the Whittlesea Multicultural Women’s Groups Grants Program 2026-2027, funded by the Sunshine and Crocodiles Pty Ltd philanthropic fund. New members are welcome. Contact these groups to find out about their next session.

Would you like help to pick which group is right for you? Do you have access and inclusion needs you would like to discuss? Contact the Gender Equity & Family Violence Lead on mwin@whittleseacc.org.au or 0488 35 4281

Women's Rejuvenation Club

We meet monthly to socialise, share a meal, and learn from professional guest speakers. Our regular activities include educational health presentations (past speakers have included a nurse, a neuropsychologist, and a psychologist), interactive workshops (such as yoga, art, or makeup), and collaborative cooking sessions where we prepare nutritious food to share.

We are always open to new guest speakers (particularly focusing on women's health) and various activities, including crafts, cooking, yoga and fitness, relaxation exercises, makeup tutorials, etc.
