Whittlesea Community Connections (WCC) started in 1973 as a small volunteer-run organisation operating from a solicitor’s office upstairs in Lalor. Since then, the organisation has grown to employ over 55 staff and 300 volunteers who work together to address the needs of individuals and groups facing disadvantage, isolation and obstacles to effective social and economic participation. Registered Migration Agent

Working as part of WCC’s Settlement and Legal teams, the Registered Migration Agent will provide professional migration advice and assistance to eligible clients from refugee, humanitarian and family migrant backgrounds.

This new role will also help shape and establish WCC’s migration service, working closely with caseworkers, lawyers and external providers to support clients through Australia’s migration system and ensure services meet all legislative, regulatory and organisational requirements.
