Since then, the organisation has grown to employ over 55 staff and 300 volunteers who work together to address the needs of individuals and groups facing disadvantage, isolation and obstacles to effective social and economic participation. WCC values their staff who are offered above award salaries and flexible working arrangements in a supportive work environment.
