Digital Sisters: Building Digital Confidence and Connection

May 25, 2026

Whittlesea Community Connections is proud to deliver the Digital Sisters program in partnership with Good Things Foundation, supporting refugee and migrant women to build digital skills, confidence and independence.

Through culturally safe, community-led learning spaces, women are supported to access online services, communicate with schools, apply for jobs and safely navigate digital systems, with guidance from bicultural mentors and volunteers.

The program continues to create positive impacts for women, families and the wider community by strengthening digital inclusion, confidence and connection.

We recently shared the impact of the program at the Infoxchange Technology for Social Justice Conference 2026.

Congratulations to Hiba Ayass for her leadership and ongoing work on this important initiative.
