Emergency Relief

Emergency relief is available for City of Whittlesea residents who are facing financial hardship and are unable to meet their basic needs. Assistance is provided by trained assessors in a confidential setting that maintains people's dignity and helps them to overcome their immediate financial crisis.

Limited appointments are available & allocated for the week on Monday mornings at 9 am. Clients should telephone early as appointments tend to go quickly. Assessors can also provide referrals, information and advocacy where needed.
