Casework Support
Casework support for refugees and recently arrived migrants provides tailored assistance to help them navigate support services as they settle into their new communities.
WCC Settlement Engagement and Transition Support (SETS) services support newly arrived migrants and refugees on humanitarian and family stream visas who hold a permanent residency visa and are not yet Australian citizens, living in the City of Whittlesea or surrounding suburbs.
Our SETS team provides settlement-related information, advice, advocacy, and assistance to access mainstream and other relevant services. We have bi-cultural staff who can speak your language or use interpreter when needed.
