Do you love to knit or crochet or would like to learn how? Do you love to sing? Are you looking for a great community project to get involved in?
Join us for our Weaving Community Harmony - yarn bombing and singing project!

Yarn bombing is a form of street art using yarn (knit, crochet, latch hook, cross stitch, or simple wrapping) to decorate a public space. Our project aims to decorate or cover some of the trees (yarn bomb) next to Mernda Community House (2 Heals Road, Mernda) to create a colorful installation for everyone to enjoy.
Got some spare yarn?? Or we can supply you with Spotlight vouchers to get you started!
Come and join us to create
a wonderful, colourful and harmonious piece of community art, and knit or crochet squares or rectangle pieces that we will then attach to the trees and fencing at Mernda Community House .
Everyone is welcome!

This project is a glorious collaboration between Nannas Home Basics, Busy Hives Craft Group, Mernda Strummers and Singers and Mernda Community House.
