Skill-building workshops
Build your skills at hands-on workshops and learn how to solder, use power tools, and identify mechanical issues in cars. Mother & daughter workshops will be available during school holidays.

Employment mentoring
Join our individual employment mentoring program to receive holistic, culturally relevant support on your journey to training or work in the energy or manufacturing industries, and be invited to site visits and employer networking events.

Employment mentoring program criteria:
- Women and gender diverse people facing employment challenges, for example:
- Speaking English as an additional language
- Members of multicultural communities
- Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander identity
- LBTIQA+
- Need to have work and/or study rights in Australia
- Living in or around Hume or Whittlesea LGAs
