The long term problems and causes of crisis are also addressed through the provision of referral, advice, advocacy and information. Our Emergency Relief interviewers endeavour to keep current with available services, supports and concessions.
How to Access the service Limited appointments are available & allocated for the week on Monday Mornings at 9 am. Clients should telephone early as appointments tend to go quickly. Eligibility is restricted to residents of the City of Whittlesea and Identification & proof of residency is a requirement.
