Established through seed funding from the Federal Department of Telecommunications and the Arts, The aim of this program is to provide free access to computer and IT facilities to disadvantaged members of the community. In particular the service is targeted to older residents, isolated women, culturally and linguistically diverse persons and disadvantaged young people. The program is based on the principle of providing access to those who otherwise may not be able to afford computers and internet services.

Self-teach tutorials are available to guide people through the basics and volunteer facilitators are available to help those who are new to computers.
This is a free service to residents of Whittlesea and local community based groups and agencies.
How to access the service Bookings are required. There are up to 5 computers and you can book on your own or come with friends. To book, telephone or drop-in to our offices between 9 am and 5 pm.
