Community Information Service

Community information and referral has always been a core service of WCC. Trained and supported volunteers help local residents to navigate services in the area and point them in the right direction. With more than 800 pamphlets on display we're bound to find what you're looking for. Volunteers can also assist people with filling in basic forms.

From July to December appointments can be made for our Tax Help program, where volunteers trained by the Australian Tax Office assist people on low incomes to complete their tax returns.
