A strategic planning process was initiated by Whittlesea Community Connections (WCC) in late September, 2007 with financial support provided by the City of Whittlesea. An external consultant was contracted to undertake consultations with key agency stakeholders staff and volunteers to prepare the plan.
The purpose of the strategic planning process is to assist WCC in making decisions about the best ways to respond to the needs of the community, and to identify priorities for service development and provision that are consistent with WCC values.
